ME

I am an experienced and proven leader who has consulted, built and developed numerous businesses over the last two decades. My expertise lies in advising senior level management in restructuring and repackaging innovative concepts, strategies, and visions. I am also a combat veteran and former Marine Corps captain who is a law enforcement, military, and security expert with over 31 years of experience ranging from line level emergency response to executive level planning and leadership.

My goal is to inspire people to realize and maximize their hidden potential; to develop, nurture and integrate skills that bridge all aspects of your personal, work, and business life. We cannot change the world without first changing ourselves; make every encounter a positive one that people will carry forward in their lives. This is a slightly different spin on Otto von Bismarck's proverb, but I believe strongly in the message. We cannot possibly experience every scenario life has to offer, so we need to learn from the experiences of others.

I have a varied background that combines extensive business experience with a life long military and law enforcement career. I use my real-world combat, police, and business experience to teach practical, realistic techniques to help individuals work through high stress events and create a healthy balance between personal and business struggles.

I have held numerous board positions over the years in both US and international companies. I currently serve on the board of five different companies, two of which I am the chairman. I hold a bachelors degree in criminal justice and a masters degree in organizational leadership.
